SUMMER SHOW 2012 - BITE NITE!

ST. AMBROSE COLLEGE
LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS

St. Ambrose College, Hale Barns, are staging a school production of 'Little Shop of Horrors' on the 6th, 7th and 8th of February 2012 and required someone to play the lead role of Audrey - it being an all boys school. After contacting GAPA, and us agreeing to help them, their Director and Musical Director came down to the Garrick on Saturday the 15th of October and held auditions in the bar for any of our girls, over the age of 14, that were interested in playing the part. Six girls auditioned and after some deliberation we are pleased to announce that Alice Connelly was offered the part.

Catherine Mortimer, their MD, asked us to pass on their thanks to those that auditioned. They were very impressed by the high standard of all the auditionees and wanted to thank those who were unsuccessful for their effort on the day.

Congratulations to Alice and we look forward to seeing her in the role!!
