Extravagantly funny, this play centres round the wedding of Deidre Ollerenshaw and Mark Greenhalgh, introducing first the Ollerenshaw clan, then the Greenhalgh family. We go with the lads on their increasingly disastrous stag night followed the next day by a chaotic wedding when half the guests, including the priest conducting the wedding, are suffering from blinding hangovers. The events are brought to an unnatural conclusion with the final entrance of Father Molloy most inappropriately dressed and embracing a blow-up, talking doll.
The perfect antidote to December blues
