Even if you’ve never seen it, chances are you’ve heard of the 2015 musical Hamilton and its composer and creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda. Its worldwide success has been extraordinary, making Miranda (Mary Poppins Returns) a star, and his signature blend of rap and unforgettable melodies the biggest thing to happen to musical theatre in a long time.
Conceived in 1999 – when Miranda was still at college – and brought to Broadway in 2008, In the Heights is a story of belonging and dreams for a better future set in the Manhattan neighbourhood of Washington Heights, and centred around a corner convenience store run by second-generation immigrant Usnavi de la Vega.
Our reasonably priced bar will be open before and after the screening.
Free car park for customers and in easy walking distance of Altrincham and local tram and train stations.

SPRING/SUMMER SEASON 2022
COVID 19 – Health and Safety for all
We are looking forward to entertaining you in 2022, however please be mindful of the current rules in place before you visit.
As a medium sized venue that holds 401 seats, the NHS Covid passport is not mandatory and we will not be asking you to produce these upon arrival. However, we encourage our audience to take a lateral flow test before visiting and to be respectful to those around you.
The wearing of face coverings is compulsory at all times even when seated in our auditorium, unless exempt. Face coverings may only be removed when seated to eat and drink and must be put back on again when finished. Anyone who is not wearing a mask will be asked to do so immediately or may be asked to leave without a refund.
We offer reduced capacity and socially distanced seating nights on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings for our forthcoming main stage productions of ‘Frankenstein’ and ‘One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest’.
Ticket refunds may be given if you provide evidence of a positive PCR test result. The refund will only apply to the specific ticket holder concerned. In this circumstances, we ask that you consider a credit on your account to be used against a future production.
Please be reassured that we are continuing to carry out extra deep cleaning practices and have multiple sanitiser stations for our audience and staff.
Our Covid 19 safety measures are regularly reviewed, and we will continue to adhere to and adjust our operating procedures inline with current guidelines.
Our Box Office and Phonelines are open Monday to Friday 11am-4pm and 6pm-8.30pm, also 9am-12pm on Saturdays.
Please telephone 0161 928 1677 option 1 for box office queries, or book online.
Please keep an eye on our website for further updates and join our email mailing list to ensure that you are kept fully up to date.
We look forward to welcoming you.
