Altrincham Garrick Playhouse is the beating heart of the community. A theatre, cinema, youth academy and community creative social place for all to enjoy.
Speech and Drama/ LAMDA Classes
In addition to our Saturday drama classes, the Garrick Academy is pleased to offer LAMDA Acting classes for young people aged 11-16.
Our group classes are designed for both beginners and those already familiar with performance exams.
LAMDA’s graded Acting exams provide a great opportunity to develop performance skills and challenge students with progression through three levels. LAMDA exams are regulated by Ofqual, for more information please see,

Our weekly 60 minute classes run on evenings during term time, and work towards public LAMDA exams in the summer.
The cost per lesson is £10, with fees payable in termly instalments.
Exam fees are in addition to class prices and payable directly to LAMDA.
