British Comedy Guide BRENNAN REECE "A teenage Alan Bennett"…..The Skinny As seen on Live At The Apollo (BBC), Celeb Coach Trip (E4) and Roast Battle (Comedy Central). Brennan is a multi award winning working class wordsmith (Edinburgh Best Newcomer Nominee and English Comedian Of The Year Winner). A stand-up, a storyteller and self confessed mummy’s boy. His boyish cheeks cropped up on Survival Of The Fittest (ITV), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV) Live At The Comedy Store (Comedy Central) and racked up over 6 million YouTube hits for his stint on Top Gear (BBC) . A true Northern voice, with family close to his heart. Tour support for Jason Manford. MICHAEL FABBRI Michael Fabbri quickly stamped his mark on the UK circuit appearing in the 2003 final of Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny? and rapidly earned a reputation as one of the most promising up and coming comedians on the circuit. A reputation that he is living up to, regularly performing for the best clubs in the country. With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act. He has also worked as a writer for Radio and TV and had his own stand-up series ‘Dyslexicon’ on BBC Radio 4 . He has done several solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and worked as a support act for Micky Flanagan, Lucy Porter, and Angela Barnes. Doors open 7pm. Show starts 8pm.
