THURSDAY NIGHT COMEDY (Start the weekend early!)
Hello to a Thursday Comedy Night Special with another hilarious Manford’s Comedy Club show!
Featuring some of the funniest, award-winning comedians on the UK comedy circuit, who are all personally chosen by Jason Manford.
SALLY-ANNE HAYWARD
Sally-Anne is an award-winning comedian (Best UK Compere 2019 and Holsten Pils ‘Fans of Comedy’ award) and a sought-after corporate performer (with clients including Virgin Media and Alcatel). She is also a regular compere at Glastonbury Festival.
She has proven her writing talents with numerous Edinburgh Fringe shows and can display a depth of material that marks out the best comic talent. She has performed all over the world and has provided tour support for Sarah Millican, Russell Howard, Russell Kane, Hal Cruttenden and Suzi Ruffell.
"Sally-Anne Hayward has figured out her niche is filling that accessible naughty but niceness of early Sarah Millican”... British Comedy Guide
BRENNAN REECE
"A teenage Alan Bennett"…..The Skinny
As seen on Live At The Apollo (BBC), Celeb Coach Trip (E4) and Roast Battle (Comedy Central).
Brennan is a multi award winning working class wordsmith (Edinburgh Best Newcomer Nominee and English Comedian Of The Year Winner). A stand-up, a storyteller and self confessed mummy’s boy. His boyish cheeks cropped up on Survival Of The Fittest (ITV), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV) Live At The Comedy Store (Comedy Central) and racked up over 6 million YouTube hits for his stint on Top Gear (BBC). A true Northern voice, with family close to his heart.
Tour support for Jason Manford.
MICHAEL FABBRI
Michael Fabbri quickly stamped his mark on the UK circuit appearing in the 2003 final of Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny? and rapidly earned a reputation as one of the most promising up and coming comedians on the circuit. A reputation that he is living up to, regularly performing for the best clubs in the country. With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act.
He has also worked as a writer for Radio and TV and had his own stand-up series ‘Dyslexicon’ on BBC Radio 4. He has done several solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and worked as a support act for Micky Flanagan, Lucy Porter, and Angela Barnes.
Doors open 7pm. Show starts 8pm.
