Level 1: Musical Theatre Movers

Time: 5pm - 6pm

Focus: Coordination, light exercise, and fun. This introductory class is designed for absolute beginners or those who prefer a relaxed, slower pace. There is no prior dance experience necessary. The sessions focus on basic rhythmic movement and low-impact exercise set to musical theatre hits. It is a welcoming environment centred on physical activity and the enjoyment of the genre.
