Jennie Holman

Jennie, along with husband Geoff, was a great supporter of the Garrick for over 50 years.
She joined the theatre in 1966 and became a long serving ASM, being involved in more than fifty productions, the first being An Ideal Husband in her first season. She was always keen on 'getting things right', a quality much appreciated by both actors and directors.
Her life outside the Garrick was as a work counsellor. She helped groups of people - for example enabling 52 workers made redundant from Pilkington’s Glass to find new jobs - and individuals - for example assisting a redundant Veterinary Surgeon find a new job at Chester Zoo.
Jennie was always smiling with a positive outlook and was a pleasure to work with.
